What happens to the details you send us.

What we collect

When you send the project brief form, we receive what you type into it: your name, company name and email address, plus anything optional you add — phone number, current website, package, budget range and message.

If you message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive what you send there. That is all. This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of its own.

The demo shop on the homepage remembers its sample basket in your own browser (local storage). It never leaves your device and is never sent to us.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, talk through your project and, if we go ahead, prepare a scope and a price. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your details for advertising.

Who else handles it

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the form and forwards it to our inbox, info@webify.build.

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

WhatsApp (Meta) carries any conversation you start there, under its own privacy terms.

These services may process data outside Egypt.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can pick up where we left off. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as the work and our legal and accounting obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@webify.build and we will reply within 30 days.

The law

Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) gives you rights over your personal data. We aim to handle your information in line with its principles. This notice is not a certification or a legal opinion.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
