Websites that win business, not brochures that describe it.

We build bilingual Arabic and English sites for companies that sell something real — designed to turn a visitor into an enquiry, an order, or a phone call.

What a website needs in 2026 to get results — layer by layer.

From the shelf to the payment page.

A working store, not a screenshot. Filter the range, fill a basket, sign in, enter a delivery address and pay — every step of a real checkout, running here on this page.

This is what we mean by an online store: accounts, addresses, delivery options and payment, not an order form. WhatsApp sits where it belongs on a live store — support, and order updates after the sale.

Who this is for

You sell a product, or you sell a service.

Either way, the website has one job: make the buyer confident enough to contact you. What changes is how it gets there.

You sell a product

Retailers and online stores, distributors, manufacturers, importers and exporters. Your buyer needs to see the range, believe the quality, and know exactly how to order — often from a phone, sometimes from another country.

Online storesDistributorsManufacturersImporters & exportersWholesale & retail

You sell a service

Professional firms, contractors, consultancies, logistics and B2B service providers. Your buyer is deciding whether you're credible enough to hand a budget to. The site has to answer that before the first meeting.

What we build

Three packages. One of them fits you.

Every one includes Arabic and English with full right-to-left layout, mobile-first design, on-page SEO in both languages, and the first six months of maintenance. None of that is ever charged as an extra.

Every package page carries its starting figure. The final one comes after a 30-minute discovery call — it depends on scope, never on who's asking.

Selling online

If you sell online, the store comes with the site.

We add a full online store to Lead Engine or Digital Operations — product catalogue, cart, checkout, and the payment methods your buyers actually use, including card, Fawry and cash on delivery. It's priced against the size of your catalogue, so tell us roughly how many products you carry and we'll include it in the quote.

A small range

A focused catalogue you can manage yourself, launched fast.

A growing catalogue

Categories, search and filtering for a range that keeps expanding.

A large operation

Deep catalogues, multiple brands, and integration with how you already handle stock.

The Watch District

Branding and a Shopify storefront for a B2B watch seller moving into direct-to-consumer retail — brand browsing, filters, sorting and online shopping.

30% more sales converted from the website channel since launch

Webify opened a sales channel we simply didn't have before. We'd only ever sold B2B, and they understood exactly what it would take to bring our brand to individual customers — not just a store, but an identity people could trust. That's what's translating into results: a 30% increase in sales converted through the website since launch. — Ahmed Lotfy, Founder, The Watch District

Digital Operations · Six branches

House of Havana

A bilingual Arabic/English booking system — branch-aware booking, customer accounts, an admin dashboard and automated email.

~100 bookings a day, since launch

The site is smooth, professional, and built with the right calls-to-action in the right places — that's a big reason we hit our booking numbers so fast. But what really stood out was how involved Webify got in understanding our business, our goals, our day-to-day — and turning that into the website itself, down to the smallest details. — Samar Hassan, Founder, House of Havana

How we work

Four steps, and you know where you stand at each one.

No disappearing for three weeks. You approve the design before a single page is built.

01

Discovery

We learn what you sell, who buys it, and where the current site is losing you business. You get a written scope with a fixed figure — not a range that moves later.

One call, 30–45 minutes
02

Design

You see the real design of your pages, in both languages, before anything is built. Revisions are included — how many depends on your package.

You approve before we build
03

Build

We build it mobile-first, in Arabic and English together, and test it on real phones. You see progress as it happens, not at the end.

2–8 weeks, depending on scope
04

Six months of care

After launch we keep it updated, backed up, secure and online, and we make your content changes for you. Included for the first six months, every package.

Questions

The things clients ask before signing

If yours isn't here, message us on WhatsApp — you'll get a straight answer, not a sales call.

Yes — a large part of our work is replacing sites that already exist. We start from what you have: what's working, what's quietly costing you enquiries, and what's worth keeping. Your content, your products and your search rankings carry over — we don't put you back to zero unless starting clean is genuinely the better call, and we'll say so if it is. If your current site sits on a platform we can't improve, you'll hear that on the first call, not three weeks in.

Every site we build, and it is never an extra cost. Arabic and English, with full right-to-left layout and a language switcher, are part of the base price of every package we sell. A site that treats Arabic as an afterthought is not a bilingual site, and we won't ship one. If you need a third language beyond the two, that's an add-on and we'll price it for you.

Trade Presence starts at EGP 15,000, Lead Engine at EGP 30,000, and Digital Operations at EGP 55,000. Those are real starting figures, not bait. What moves the number is scope: how many pages you need, whether you're selling online, whether we're writing the content, and whether a logo or brand identity has to come first. After a 30-minute discovery call you get one fixed figure in writing — not a range that moves later, and never a price that depends on who's asking.

Two to three weeks for Trade Presence, three to five for Lead Engine, five to eight for Digital Operations — counted from kickoff and from receiving your content. The most common reason a project runs long is waiting on material from your side, so if your photos and copy are ready, tell us; it pulls the date forward. If you need it faster than that, say so early — it's sometimes possible.

We can, and you never have to write a word in either language. If you have copy, we'll use it. If you don't, we write it for you in Arabic and English as an add-on — and the Arabic is written for Arabic business readers, not run through a translator. Photography works the same way: we can arrange a shoot, or build around the images you already have.

We set both up for you as part of the project. The subscription fees themselves are paid directly by you to the provider, so the account stays in your name and the cost stays transparent. It's a small annual figure, and we'll tell you exactly what it is before you commit. The same principle covers the site itself: the domain is registered to your company, and the website and its content are yours outright — no lock-in, and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.

The first six months of care are included in every package: we keep the site updated, backed up, secure and online, and we make your content changes for you. Your team also gets a training session at handover. After those six months, maintenance continues on a monthly plan and we'll remind you well before the date. There are three. Basic covers up to 3 content changes a month, monthly software updates, weekly backups, security monitoring, and a 48-hour response when something urgent breaks. Standard — the level included free for your first six months — raises that to 8 changes a month, updates every two weeks, daily backups, a monthly performance report, and a 24-hour response. Premium adds effectively unlimited changes, weekly updates, daily offsite backups, a detailed report, and a 4-hour response. The monthly figure for each is on your quote, so you know it before you sign anything. You can change plan or cancel in writing — there's no automatic lock-in and no penalty.

Yes. We add a full store — product catalogue, cart, checkout, and the payment methods your buyers actually use, including card, Fawry and cash on delivery — onto the Lead Engine or Digital Operations package. It's priced against the size of your catalogue, so tell us roughly how many products you carry.

Yes. WhatsApp click-to-chat ships on every site we build, routed to the right person or department. Payments run through the methods Egyptian buyers actually use — card, Fawry, mobile wallets and cash on delivery. Booking and appointments, enquiry forms that land in your inbox or your CRM, Google Maps, analytics and the Meta pixel, live chat, newsletter tools: all routine work for us. If you run a system we haven't met before, send us a link — most things with a public API can be connected, and if yours can't, you'll hear it straight away.

Tell us what you’re building.

Send a short brief and we'll come back within two working days — a short call to understand the work, then a clear scope, a fixed figure and a delivery date. No obligation, and no pressure to sign anything.
